SALON POLICIES
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We ask that you give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, but a minimum 24 hours is required in order to allow sufficient time to fill that spot.
If less than 24 hours notice is given, there will be a cancellation fee of half the cost of scheduled services.
NO SHOWS will also be charged 50% of the cost of scheduled services.
After 3 last minute cancellations, or 2 no-shows, a non-refundable booking fee will be required for all future appointments. We reserve the right to decline service to guests with repeat violations
Children in the Salon
Children are not permitted in the salon unless receiving a service. We love children, but with hot tools, sharp objects, expensive equipment, and chemicals like hair color, it's best that you leave them with a trusted guardian during your hair appointment.
We recommend you use this time to relax in a kid-free environment.
Late Policy
Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are running a few minutes behind, simply contact us and let us know.
Guests arriving more than 20 minutes late may be asked to reschedule their appointment, and pay a rebooking fee.
Refunds and Adjustments
We enforce a strict “no refund” policy. If you’re ever unhappy with your hair, we will happily adjust it for free within the timeline mentioned above.
If ever you are unhappy with your hair, please let us know as soon as possible! If we've made a mistake, we are happy to get you in within 14 days of the initial appointment and make some adjustments at no cost to you!
Once 14 days have passed, a full priced appointment must be made.
